SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your order is prepared and shipped within an average of 1 to 3 days (excluding weekend and public holiday), this deadline may be extended during periods of high commercial activity.

It is then delivered to your home by Colissimo| ||3188 avec remise contre signature, from Monday to Saturday, within an average delivery time of 2 to 3 days , excluding public holidays. 

In the event of unavailability of items or during periods of high commercial activity, delivery times may be extended. 

Please also note that sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions may cause delivery delays.

Delivery Tracking

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped and you will be notified by email or SMS of the delivery details. 

In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.

For deliveries in France, delivery costs are free for all orders over 250 euros.

RETURNS

You have up to 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt of your order, by following the steps below:

  1. 1. Register your return request

    • using the following form Initiate a return .

    • or, if you have a customer account on amiparis.com by connecting to your customer account. Simply click on "return items" in the order concerned, this link will be available within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

    Once the form has been sent, you will receive by e -email confirmation of your request, as well as the prepaid return label to print and all the instructions for returning your package. 

  2. 2. Make sure items are in original condition and all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to reimburse you. 

  3. 3. Place the parts in their original packaging. You do not have a returns form to add to your package.

  4. 4. Close your package, and attach the pre-paid return label received by email. 

  5. 5. Drop off your package at the post office, at a merchant or in a mailbox according to the instructions specified by Colissimo. 

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, our teams will check it within a few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and the refund will be credited within 14 days and on the payment method used during the purchase. 

To be accepted and refunded, the return must meet the conditions below :

  • The clothes must be returned in their condition original (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and with their original labels; 

  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original condition (including soles). Their return must be made in and with their original boxes, and inside a package. 

  • It is not possible to return a personalized product. 

AMI PARIS reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the conditions above. 

Please note that it is not possible to return your items ordered on amiparis.com in AMI PARIS stores or in our corners and outlets .
