You will be notified by email of the dispatch of your order and its handling by Colissimo. Once your order has been shipped, you can track its progress by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. You will also be informed of the delivery terms and its progress by Colissimo by email or SMS.

Delivery to the store is not unfortunately not yet possible when you place your order on amiparis.com.

Once the order has been validated, we cannot not modify the details or delivery information. If you have made an error in your delivery address, we invite you to contact our customer service within 30 minutes maximum after validation of your order by telephone at +33 1 86 95 25 50 in order to request cancellation of your order. Our advisors will do everything possible to respond favorably to your request, however this is not guaranteed.

PO boxes are not eligible for delivery. Orders sent to this address will not be accepted.

Our logistics teams take the greatest care in preparing your orders and ensuring the reliability of the delivery services with which they work. If, despite these precautions, your package arrives damaged, we invite you to check that all the parts ordered are present in your package and that they have not been damaged. If necessary, you can send us the following elements by completing ourcontact form: your order number, a detailed description of the situation, the references of the missing or damaged parts, some photos of the package and the parts. We thank you for keeping all these elements until the investigation is closed. Do not remove the AMI PARIS label attached to the part, in which case we will not be able to comply with your request.

If you have received a piece that does not seem to meet the quality standards of the House (holes, stains, unstitched thread, etc.) we invite you to contact our AMI PARIS advisors as soon as possible via ourcontact form.

Please do not remove the AMI PARIS label from your piece so that its return will be accepted.

Despite the vigilance of our preparation teams, you have received an order that does not correspond to what you had ordered. We apologize for this.

We invite you to contact our AMI PARIS advisors as soon as possible via our contact form in us makingsend a photo of the part received, the reference of the part received, and specifying (if there are several parts in your order) which one is not not been received. 

You have a deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to register your return request. 

The return costs are offered by AMI PARIS if the return is made in compliance with the conditions describedici. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. 

As part of an order placed on amiparis.com, it is unfortunately not possible at the moment to make an exchange. However, you can return the order or part under the conditions describedhere and place a new order.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, including soles for shoes which must have been tried on on a clean surface) and with all their labels original. The return of shoes must be made in their original box, and inside a package. We thank you for returning the order in its original packaging. It is not possible to return a personalized product. 

In the event of a return deemed non-compliant by AMI PARIS, the return will be refused and we will not be able to refund the order. Please note that delivery costs are not refunded. 

You have14 days to return your package to from the date of receipt of your order, by following the steps below:  

1. Register your return request- using the following form: initiate a return or, if you have a customer account on amiparis.com ,  by logging into your customer account. Simply click on "return items" in the relevant order, this link will be available within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Once the form has been sent,you will receive confirmation of your request by email, as well as the prepaid return label to print and all the instructions for returning your package. 

2. Make sure the items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund you. 

3. Place the parts in their original packaging. You do not have a returns form to add to your package. 

4. Close your package, and attach the pre-paid return label received by email. 

5. Drop off your package at the post office, at a merchant or in a mailbox according to the instructions specified by Colissimo. We recommend that you check that your package is scanned when it is dropped off, in order to ensure the tracking of your return.

If, despite the care we have taken in preparing your order, you have received a part which does not seem correspond to the quality standards of the House or which does not correspond to the description of the part when you placed your order, we invite you to contact our AMI PARIS advisors as soon as possible via our contact form available on the following link: || |3637formulaire de contact.Please specify your order number, and send us photos as well as the reference of the part concerned so that your request is processed as quickly as possible. Be careful not to remove the AMI PARIS label from your item so that its return will be accepted.

Once your package received by our warehouse, our teams will check it within a few days. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and you will be credited within 14 days to the payment method used during the purchase. A refund confirmation will be sent to you by email. We invite you to keep your proof of deposit until your return has been completely processed.

Delivery costs for the order are not not refunded.

If you paid by credit card, the value of the returned products will be recredited to your card.

If you paid by PayPal, the value of the returned products will be credited back to your PayPal account. Delivery costs will not be recredited.

Ami For Ever vouchers will not be automatically recredited, for any questions contact our customer service.

Once your return request has been registered, you will not be able to modify the details. We invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible via ourcontact form, so that our advisors can cancel your return request and create a new one for you.Please note that this cancellation and new return request can only be taken into account if you have not yet returned your package.

It is unfortunately not possible at the moment to return an order made on Amiparis.com to an AMI PARIS store, nor to our corners or outlets. 

Any item purchased in an AMI PARIS store, excluding outlets, may be subject to an exchange or credit in directly operated AMI PARIS stores in the same country where the initial purchase took place. The credit is nominative and valid for one year in AMI PARIS's own stores located in the same country in which the credit was issued. You have a period of30 calendar days, following the date of purchase to return your item. 

Underwear, swimwear and tax-free items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items can only be returned during the same sales period.

Returned items must be returned in their original condition, with all their labels, accessories and documents. They must not have been worn, washed and must be in perfect resalable condition in order to be accepted for return by our store. 

Creating your account allows you to directly track your order online and thus access your purchase history. You will be able to manage your personal information and save your favorite pieces in your wishlist to access them from any device.

You can place your order in guest mode. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will have to track your order via the shipping email, sent by the carrier. At any time, you can decide to create your account with the email address used when placing your order. You will then have access to your history of orders placed, and linked to this same email address.

You can update and modify the information of your account by going to your account page, "personal information" section then "modify my information".

To update your addresses, select the "my addresses" section from your account. You can click on “edit” or “add a new address” or “delete”. For any questions relating to modifying a delivery address for a current order, please consult this section.

All our pieces are carefully packaged in a package. Parts requiring protection are placed in a dustbag or in a box (shoes, bags, jewelry). During busy commercial periods, the packaging can be lightened in order to best meet the announced delivery times.

For any order that has been validated under an existing customer account, you will also be able to find your invoice in your customer area, “my orders” section. 

We cannot accommodate this type of request.

The AMI PARIS online store offers a wide selection of ready-to-wear, bags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes. However, it may happen that certain pieces, in limited quantities, are not presented for sale on our online store. If you cannot find a part, please contact our customer service via ourcontact form. You can find some pieces from our old collections in our outlet stores which you will find on ourstore locator (France and England only). We also invite you to consult our second-hand online storeAmi For Ever to find a sought-after piece. 

We are committed to offering the most beautiful pieces and take care to check and test each of the materials used for manufacturing of our clothes. However, it may exceptionally happen that an incident is noted with the quality of your part. We invite you to send us the following elements, by writing to us via our contact form:

  2. The reference of the part concerned, it appears on the maintenance label.
  3. The incident encountered on your part, supporting your request with photos.
  4. The maintenance conditions applied to your part and any useful information which will allow us to identify how the incident may have occurred.

Our advisors will forward your request to our quality department, who will be able to carry out an evaluation of your room and provide you with the most suitable solution.

Each material is unique and must be carefully maintained. We invite you to be vigilant and to meticulously follow the advice that appears on each care label for your AMI PARIS parts. If you do not follow these instructions and your part is damaged, the model cannot be considered defective and you will have no recourse.

  2. Systematically sort whites and colors to avoid any bleeding.
  3. Do not wash in above 30°C your pieces and be particularly careful to use a delicate spin program.
  4. Use a net for fragile clothes.

You will find on each of our product sheets, the size guide associated with the reference concerned. This guide will allow you to make the link between your measurements and the sizes proposed for the piece. If you are not sure which size to select, you can use our “Find my size” tool which you will also find on each of the product sheets. This will help you confirm your choice. Finally, if the size does not fit, we inform you that you have 14 days to return your order to us. 

From one season to the next, our sizes may vary. We invite you to check for each piece that the selected size suits you, based on the guide offered.

The authentication of products is not a service of AMI PARIS. Authenticity is only guaranteed if the product was purchased in anAMI PARIS Boutique or from an authorized reseller.
